The Kingdom is the spiritual world in which Christ is King, while the kingdom is a system of government with constitutions, laws, decrees, ordinance and various systems of operation and structures of governance. The Kingdom also comes with a powerful influence, an environment of power and glory.  Simply put, the kingdom is where the power of God is evident, the presence of God is experienced, and the will and purposes of God are realized.
