Dr. Frank Rosewelt is the Founder, President, Visionary, Senior Pastor and Bishop of the International Worship Center & Faith Ministries. Pastor Hope Rosewelt, serves as the Associate Pastor. Bishop Rosewelt has ministered both as a Pastor and Evangelist for over 21 years, carrying out pastoral duties for over 10 years in 2 mainline denominations. He has also ministered extensively in revival services both in and out of Jamaica. The gifts of Healing and the working of Miracles are very prominent in his ministry.

Bishop Rosewelt studied at the Caribbean Wesleyan Bible College where he obtained a Diploma in Theology. In 2005 he was honoured with a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Emmanuel University in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. His passion is teaching and preaching about the Kingdom of God becoming a living reality in the lives of individuals.
