No man, when he hath lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light. LUKE 11.33

 
Jesus’ crucifixion has made our salvation possible.  He is indeed the light of this dark world, the hope when we feel a sense of hopelessness.  It is not possible for light to brighten a room if it is hidden and the world cannot come to know Jesus if we do not tell them. Evangelism is an essential duty of every believer. God calls upon each and every one of us to spread the gospel of the good news of the kingdom and we should take this task very seriously because we want everyone to have the opportunity to learn about our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

 
PRAYER

Dear Father, we are eager to share the gospel with everyone because your gift of salvation is the key to their very lives and existence.  Please help us to keep your light always shining and always burning, always bright and always visible to all in JESUS name Amen
